Does it need ink or toner?

No. It uses thermal label paper, so there are no ink or toner cartridges to replace. Use label rolls compatible with your selected printer.

Which model should I choose?

Choose B1 for everyday labels. Choose B1 Pro Green or B1 Pro Blue if you want the options marked 300dpi. The Lake Blue + 3Roll Label option is a B1 bundle, not a 300dpi Pro model.

What is included, and does the bundle have three or four rolls?

The standard B1 kit is shown with one printer, a Type-C cable, a manual and one 50 × 30 mm white label roll installed inside. The Lake Blue + 3Roll Label bundle has three rolls in total: one installed and two packed separately. Its pictured roll sizes are 50 × 30, 50 × 50 and 50 × 80 mm.

Does it print the colored designs shown in the pictures?

The B1 prints black content on thermal labels. Colors in the example designs come from pre-printed or colored label paper. These are not full-color inkjet printers. The included starter labels are white; decorative label examples do not mean those papers are included.

How do I create my first label?

Fully charge the printer before first use. Power it on, enable Bluetooth on your phone, connect through the dedicated mobile app, then edit a label or select a template and print. Check the app listing for your phone's current compatibility requirements.

What label size is it for?

This is a compact printer for labels up to 2 inches wide. The starter roll is approximately 2 × 1.18 inches (50 × 30 mm). It is not a 4 × 6-inch shipping-label printer. Choose compatible thermal rolls for the model you select.

Where does it ship, and how long does delivery take?

The store's posted shipping policy lists 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 10–15 business days in transit after shipment. Standard delivery is available to supported locations in the contiguous United States. Shipping charges are shown at checkout; delays can affect estimates. What are the return conditions?

The posted refund policy requires eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery, with the item unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Contact support for approval before sending anything back. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer, and exclusions or deductions can apply.
